About Christ
The Road to Salvation is a free gift to anyone--man, woman or child. God does not discriminate. In fact, it is a gift that is priceless. Think about it, today many spend thousands of dollars on options in which they believe will bring them back from death. They hope that someday someone will invent a way to revive them and  make life last a little longer. The truth is, all will die someday. We try to convince ourselves that we understand life as good, if not better than God. But we forget it is God who hath made us and not we ourselves.

In reality, there is only one door that leads to eternal life. The answer is so easy that some fail to see it or believe it. For some eternal life is hard to grasp, since they can only believe in what they see. As an example consider this, our very existence relies very much on something we can't see--the air we breath. We don't
have to concentrate on every breath wondering if there will be enough air. We have faith and believe. We concentrate on the task at hand and have a peace of mind. That is until something happens which changes that. For some a last breath comes all too soon. Further, there are some who fail to believe because they cannot foresee how such a transformation could take place. But when we observe the butterfly we are amazed at how something that once crawled on the ground now flies with ease as if it had always flown. It's hard to believe it once crawled on the ground.

How would you like to have a peace of mind right now, knowing that you will have eternal life forever? If so, read on because you can have eternal life.

In the Holy Bible Romans 3:10 says, " just as it is written: There is no one righteous, not even one" this means that we are not righteous enough to save ourselves, and thus we need a savior to transform us. Romans 3:23 states that, "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." Romans 5:12 continues to explain that, "So then, just as sin entered the world through one man and death through sin, and so death spread to all people because all sinned." That one man was called Adam, and sin lead to death.

But God had a plan for all human kind from the very beginning, even before the world was created. The question becomes one of, will we continue in our fruitless attempts to seek an option for eternal life or will we accept the one God has already provided for us? By believing and accepting God and His provision for us, we can have eternal life. It's that simple. But what is God's provision. Romans 5:8 states that, "But God demonstrates his own love for us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." Christ is God's Son. Romans 6:23 says, "For the payoff of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." God has demonstrated His love for us by giving of Himself. No greater love is this, then he who lays down his life for another. Christ died on the cross for all who in the course of time, accept and believe in Him and what He did for all.

So the question becomes, how does one do that? How does one believe and accept God's provision. God made it so easy that even a child can do it. All you have to do is, just ask Him--that's it. Romans 10:13 says, "For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." That word "everyone" is key. It does not matter what you have done, God loves you and wants you to live forever. Rich, poor, old, or young, short, tall, red, yellow, black or white, everyone can receive eternal life if they can humble themselves enough to ask God for it.

Do you know that some have a hard time believing because God made eternal life a gift. They just can't accept that something such as priceless as eternal life could ever be given freely. We do live in a selfish world today, and thus it is understandable that one could think this. But never the less, God has made the provision for us through Christ. God tries to get our attention while we are here on earth. Sometimes it might be through the difficult circumstances we are in, and we end up asking ourselves why are we having such hard times. If your neighbor's house was on fire would you not go and seek to warn and assist him so that the fire could be put out, and thus save a life. In Revelation 3:20 God tells us He is knocking on the door of our heart, "Listen! I am standing at the door and knocking! If anyone hears my voice and opens the door I will come into his home and share a meal with him, and he with me." That meal is blessing and eternal life, forever. When we open the door to our heart, we are humbling ourselves enough to listen and accept God's provision, and acknowledge that He alone is enough. That He alone can provide it.

God demonstrated in the Holy Bible that there could be life after death through His Son Christ. Christ was the first to experience life after death, as predicted in the Holy Bible centuries before Christ was ever born. Through Christ we see demonstrated what happens when a life is transformed.

Romans 10:9-10 states, "because if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." We need to let God know that we accept His option and we believe through Him we can have eternal life. That He alone is enough.

It is the gift of eternal life, and it can be yours today forever. Further, your current life today can be transformed, as you allow God's presence in your heart to guide your daily life. You can't buy it, you can't work for it, all you have to do is just receive the gift. That's God's promise to "everyone" and it is His
promise to you.
